Does my existing listing stay up?
Yes. KeepItDirect is a complement, not a replacement. We are not a co-host. You keep all your existing Airbnb and Vrbo listings just as they are. Full answer: Can I keep my Airbnb listing?
Who takes the guest’s money?

Will bookings on my site automatically block dates on Airbnb?
Yes. KeepItDirect uses two-way calendar sync. Airbnb and Vrbo bookings block dates on your site automatically (we check every 15 minutes, and again before you approve a request). Direct bookings you approve, and dates you block in your Host Portal, go back to Airbnb and Vrbo through your site’s calendar link, which we add with you during setup. Airbnb and Vrbo refresh linked calendars on their own schedule, so a new direct booking can take a little while to show there.
Can guests book instantly?
Not yet. KeepItDirect is request-to-book: guests pick dates, see the price and send a request, and you approve every guest before anything is confirmed. Can I put the site in Airbnb messages?
