How it works in practice:
- Your KeepItDirect site shows open dates and real prices, with two-way calendar sync: Airbnb and Vrbo bookings block your site automatically.
- A guest picks dates and sends a request to book. You approve every guest, and you can ask for an optional deposit to hold the dates.
- The guest pays you directly, by Venmo, Zelle or Cash App, or by card through your own Stripe account. Approved direct bookings block your site right away and go back to Airbnb and Vrbo through two-way calendar sync, so calendars stay aligned.
Do not market your direct site inside Airbnb messages. Send people from Google, friends and family, social, and an in-house QR.
