Information we collect
When you request a site, fill an ad form, or email us, we may collect your name, email, phone number, property city or street, and Airbnb/Vrbo listing link. Ads may use Meta autofill from your Facebook/Instagram profile when you choose to submit.
How we use it
We use this information to reply to your request, build or discuss your direct booking website, and improve KeepItDirect. We do not sell your personal information.
Ads and analytics
We use Meta Pixel and similar tools to measure ad performance and website activity, and to show our ads on Facebook and Instagram to people who have visited our site. You can control ad preferences in your Meta account settings.
Sharing
We use service providers (hosting, email, advertising, and SMS delivery such as Twilio) that process data for us. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messages (SMS)
If you provide a mobile number and opt in (for example by checking the SMS consent box on our website form, or by submitting a Meta Instant Form that includes your phone number and messaging consent), we may send texts about your KeepItDirect inquiry and related follow-up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You can also email contact@keepitdirect.com.
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is collected only for KeepItDirect (a brand of Ricore LLC) and is not transferable to other brands or sellers.
