Who collects the guest’s money on a direct booking site?
Short answer: You collect the guest’s money. Guests pay you by Venmo, Zelle or Cash App, or by card through your own Stripe account. KeepItDirect never holds guest funds and takes no commission.
You take the guest’s payment. Book Direct on a KeepItDirect site is request-to-book: the guest sends a request with the price shown, and you approve every guest.
