Short answer: KeepItDirect is a done-for-you service that builds a direct booking website for independent short-term rental hosts who already list on Airbnb or Vrbo and manage their own rentals.
KeepItDirect builds a custom direct booking website for your vacation rental so repeat guests, friends and family, and social traffic can book you without paying Airbnb’s host fee on those stays.
It is built for mom-and-pop short-term rental owners who manage their own rentals, already rent on Airbnb or Vrbo, and do not need a full property-management system.

- What you get: your own web address, photos, house rules, a live calendar with real nightly prices and minimum stays, two-way calendar sync with Airbnb and Vrbo, request-to-book so you approve every guest, optional deposits to hold dates, and a Host Portal to manage rates, blocked dates, and requests from your phone or laptop.
- What KeepItDirect is not: not a co-host, not a PMS, not a payment processor. Guests pay you directly, by Venmo, Zelle or Cash App, or by card through your own Stripe account.
